A piece this size is too big to ship by parcel, so it stays local: pick it up free at our shop in Santee, or we bring it on our tue and thu run — free within 20 miles, a little more beyond that. The configurator works out delivery from your ZIP code before you order.

- how big can it be?
- this one goes up to 92 x 46in in one piece — a 4 x 8ft sheet yields 46 x 94in once we hold it down at the edges. anything bigger has to be cut in two and joined, which we quote by hand: send it as a custom job.
- what is it made of?
- 3/4" ultralight MDF by default: light enough to carry, flat, and smooth enough to paint well. you can switch to another thickness, baltic birch or plywood in the configurator, and the price follows.
- does it come painted?
- no — it comes raw, straight off the router. give the edges a light sand, prime and paint. MDF edges drink primer, so plan a second coat on those.
- how does it stand up?
- it is a flat panel and does not come with a stand. most people fix a pair of feet or a brace to the back, or lean it against a wall or frame. if you need a stand made with it, ask us through a custom job.
- how far ahead do i need to order?
- it is ready in about 10 business days, or 5 with expedite (+20%). leave room before your event for pickup or our next delivery run.
