Parts start at $45.00, our minimum order — a small one costs that whatever it is cut from. Above the minimum the price follows the size of the part, the material and how long it takes to cut.

what we can cut
- profiles cut all the way through, to the outline in your file.
- pockets to a depth you set, measured down from the top face.
- drilled holes, with a coned bottom — a drill bit leaves a point, not a flat floor.
- inside corners come out with a radius. leave them, add relief cuts, or pay to have them squared by hand.
a panel shop, without the phone call
This is custom CNC routing for sheet goods — wood routing and CNC fabrication of flat parts: profiling a part to its outline, cutting custom shapes and custom cutouts, pocketing to a set depth, and drilling. If you have used a CNC router before, it is the work you would send to a panel shop — an outline, some holes, a pocket or two — except that you get the price from the router itself rather than waiting on someone to work it out.
Sculpting, 3D relief carving and engraving are real work we take on, but they are not things a quoter can price from an outline — send those through as a custom job and we will quote them properly.
